    • Elaina Moon is a certified nutrition coach passionate about helping people make realistic, sustainable lifestyle changes through nutrition education and cooking classes. Her business, Healthy Eats Classroom, offers healthy cooking classes and culinary education designed to help individuals and families build healthier habits.

    • Classes are offered three to five times a month with a variety of themes like kid’s classes to Thai Food, seasonal menus and private events. Classes are two hours with audience participation and interaction. All recipes are tasted and taken home. In the summer kids cooking classes are offered. Kids over the age of 8 are welcome if accompanied by a parent. Hosting friends and/or family from out of town? Want to try something new? This is a great way to try yummy healthy food!     • Cooking Healthy cookbook- In this book, Elaina elevates ingredients, cuisines and traditional dishes and transforms them into healthy plant-based versions for the home cook.
